Rosine Afshar

Head of School
Rosine started as head of school in 2004. She pioneered the elementary program at Adams Montessori School in 2001 and is currently the lead teacher in our elementary program. Prior to teaching elementary, Rosine enjoyed six years as a teacher at the primary level both at Adams Montesssori and Petersham Montessori in Central Massachusetts. She holds AMI primary and elementary diplomas as well as her M.Ed. from Loyola. Rosine consults at various Montessori schools throughout North America. She serves on the school's board of directors and is treasurer of the board of the Montessori Schools of Massachusetts. In her spare time (what spare time?!?), Rosine enjoys renovating her 1815 farmhouse in central Massachusetts.
