Celestina Palma

Elementary Instructional Specialist
Celestina was inspired to become a Montessori teacher through her daughter who attended both primary and elementary programs in the Philippines. Following her AMI training, Celestina taught in a primary classroom for 2 years and a lower elementary classroom for 6 years. Having earned her AMI elementary diploma from Washington Montessori Institute and the University of Loyola in Maryland, Celestina continued working for the next 8 years in Centro Montessori, Philippines as an upper elementary teacher. She came to the United States in 2016, where she joined the Montessori Institute of Broward in Florida as their upper elementary teacher. She brought all of her education, training and experience to Adams Montessori in 2020 and is now our elementary educational specialist.

Celestina loves working with children and finds them to be great givers. Being a Montessori teacher is one of the greatest joys in her life.
